I first met Falyn a couple years ago when my daughter was looking to lease a condo in the city. She took us around to 8-10 condos and helped my daughter through the entire process. Her communication was so good and she was so thorough with statistics and information about the rental market, availability, etc that once we found her a place I was so impressed I kept her information for future.
A year later I was looking to purchase a condo in the city and I called another agent who had a listing I was interested in and waiting for a call back. While I was waiting I remembered about Falyn so I searched through my emails and found her number. I sent her a message as well. The first agent got back to me so I booked showings with him and in the meantime Falyn also got back to me. I told her I already found an agent and if he didn’t work out that I would call her back. Well he showed me a couple places but was not thorough , seemed like I was burdening him for his time and then he never got back to me again. So I called Falyn and she took me to see a dozen condos over a few weeks, she was always happy to help and show me around. She went out of her way to send me market trends, stats, comparables, called the city to find out information about bylaws, got me in touch with a mortgage broker, did a video walk through for me when I couldn’t make it, and on and on and on. I can’t say enough about how attentive, professional and pleasant Falyn is! I have been investing in real estate for over 20 years and I can honestly say she by far has gone out of her way to help me more than any other agent I have ever worked with! I will only work with her moving forward.

Falyn worked super hard to get my partner and I into a Toronto unit we loved on a super short timeline! She looked at multiple places with/for us and even though we had a few rejections, (no fault of hers, it's insanely competitive up here) We still found a home to move into and it's perfect, I don't know how she found our dream home in a perfect location but Falyn is a real estate wizard.
